No Daredevil Until 2020?

Canceled Netflix Marvel Shows Have A Two Year Wait For Disney Streaming Service.

There is a clause in the contract that prevents any Netflix Marvel show from moving to Disney+ until two years after cancellation.

For Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and Daredevil this means the year 2020.

For The Punisher and Jessica Jones this could mean 2021 with their next seasons already in the works.

But with Scarlet Witch, Loki, Winter Soldier, and Falcon shows already planned for Disney+, the timing might be just what the all powerful mouse has in mind.

Birds Of Prey movie adds Chris Messina to the cast.

Messina will play the character Victor Zsasz.

Victor Zsasz is known to kill with a knife, cuts a tally in his own flesh to keep track of his kills, and feels that he is doing his victims a favor by freeing them from existence.

Chris Messina is known mostly for playing Danny Castellano on The Mindy Project.

Birds Of Prey is not slated for release until February of 2020.

Did you think that Ian Ziering's career was over again now that the Sharknado series is over?

Ziering will play Daniel Cassidy in Swamp Thing for the DC Universe digital subscription service.

The series will not air until sometime in 2019, but is said to be a key recurring role.

The show will also feature Crystal Reed for her second character within the DC Universe (she also plays Sofia Falcone on Gotham).

The series will be written by Mark Verheiden and Gary Dauberman.

Doctor Who will not release new episodes in 2019.

The BBC has officially announced that the next series (or what we call seasons in the United States) won't be released until 2020.

BBC News Entertainment Correspondent Lizo Mzimba has said that it is because “Doctor Who has almost uniquely complex filming requirements and a lengthy post-production period.”

The show does seem to be becoming a bigger and bigger challenge to make with recent series getting a reduction of episodes, increasing gaps of time between each series, and even specials becoming less often.

There was even rumors that showrunner Chris Chibnall threatened to leave if he wasn't given more time on the next series.

Do you believe this or do you think it's just excuses?
